 Eve specializes in real property law, title insurance, 1031 exchanges, land use, and developmental law with an emphasis on the New York environmental quality review process. She is a highly motivated self starter who has continued to provide expertise in real estate and land use development law. When combined with her strong background in construction and her outstanding customer service to all clients, Cropsey-Mauri is a key figure in the offices of BLB.
