BLB has actively facilitated the entire development process, including: due diligence of the property, coordination with technical specialists, conceptual planning, introduction of the project to the appropriate municipal entity and state agency, leading to site plan/subdivision approval. We also work with our clients to help them obtain financing. BLB also handles all aspects of real estate closings on behalf of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties and financial institutions.
